The Wellness Cycle. is Dear Ambitious Girl’s flagship initiative focused on enhancing overall wellness, mental health, and period equity for girls + women.

TWC launched this January, 2025, we curated and distributed care packages to about 500 girls ages 15-18 years, across four schools in Nigeria. These care packages included sustainable sanitary wipes and reusable pads that last 2 years - additionally wellness tools, personal hygiene items, and nutritional supplements. The packages are designed to provide essential resources and support, fostering a sense of empowerment and community among the girls.
